How to reach the institute

By train: the nearest railway station is Canning (Sealdah South Section, Eastern Railway). From Canning, take a bus or auto towards Basanti / Sonakhali.
By road: the campus is at Uttar Sonakhali on the Basanti route; Sonakhali is the main road junction for onward travel into the Sundarbans.
By bus: buses on the Kolkata – Basanti – Gosaba routes stop at Sonakhali.
